RAINDROP SL5 13'x17'

Our largest and most robust greenhouse model, the Raindrop SL, is almost 13 feet (4 meters) wide. The Raindrop SL5 model is 5 meters long. This modified model features:

• Two wide double doors – in the front and rear ends of the greenhouse.

• Exceptionally robust frame made of heavy-duty square hot-galvanized steel tube, providing even greater strength and durability than our previous Raindrop L model, which was already extremely strong.

• Exceptionally robust greenhouse cover – triple-walled polycarbonate 3X structure, 100% UV resistant, weather-resistant, anti-hail, shock-resistant, transparent 5/16 inches (8 mm) with a 15-year guarantee.

• Ease of assembly.

If you live in a windy area or experience heavy snowfalls in winter, you can’t go wrong with our greenhouse – one of the toughest on the market!

The frame of our new Raindrop SL model is made of heavy-duty hot-galvanized square steel pipes, replacing the 6061 aluminum alloy tubes used in our earlier Raindrop L model. This upgrade gives the structure even greater rigidity, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability, exceeding the already impressive performance of its predecessor.

The Raindrop SL is covered with X-structure 8 mm polycarbonate, a dense and exceptionally robust material that offers enhanced impact resistance and stability compared to standard twin-wall sheets.

To fix the polycarbonate sheets, we use an extremely durable aluminum base-and-cap fastening system, which significantly enhances the greenhouse frame’s strength and gives the greenhouse an elegant look.

Our latest research has shown excellent results for snow and wind loads.

Raindrop SL will withstand hurricane-force winds up to 180 km/h (112 mph).

As for the snow, Raindrop SL will withstand even the heaviest snowfall. The snow does not settle on the acute-angled roof and naturally slides down. In addition, the frame is so strong that even snow loads up to 500 kg/sq. meter (over 230 lb/sq. ft) will not break it. Even a ten-foot layer of snow above the roof cannot destroy this greenhouse.

The greenhouse is designed with two ventilation windows at the front and rear, conveniently opened upwards by means of a hydraulic spring lift.

The Raindrop SL greenhouse comes with one roof vent. If you think you need more ventilation windows, you can order them in the Ventilation Windows section.

You will be amazed by the simplicity and speed of this kit's assembly. The minimum number of individual parts will not drive you crazy, unlike other greenhouses.

We simplified the assembly, and now even an unprepared customer with one assistant can assemble this greenhouse easily and quickly.
